Using the listservs
All listserv subscribers should familiarize themselves with AISGWs Listserv Guidelines
Listserv Guidelines and Basic Antitrust Guidelines
To send a message to all of the subscribers of a listserv, address your email to the appropriate listserv email address (see list above). You will know that your message has been successfully sent when you receive a copy of your message. Please note: only listserv subscribers are able to send messages to a listserv. Messages sent by non-subscribers will be automatically discarded.
When you send an email to one of AISGWs listservs, a tag line will automatically be added to the bottom of your message indicated its source. For example, messages sent to the Admissions Officers listserv will have the following line added: This message was sent using the AISGW Admission Officers List Serve.
