It’s time to confront our saboteurs! We all have them – those voices in our heads that generate negative emotions as we handle life’s everyday challenges. Sometimes our saboteurs can get in the way of performance and well-being.  At this collegial gathering of AISGW women leaders, we’ll dive into the concept of saboteurs by taking the Saboteur Assessment, a brief exercise that can be completed on your phones. We’ll break into groups to discuss how saboteurs affect our leadership and identify strategies for how to overcome them. Finally, we’ll hear from Potomac School’s Dyana Conroy, Chief Financial Officer and Associate Head of School for Finance and Strategic Initiatives, about how to face complex matters like school finance and operations free of those doubting voices in our heads.
