Led by Leadership + Design’s ShuShu Costa and LeadIn faculty, this full-day retreat will offer a combination of guided conversations and professional facilitation calibrated to prompt frank talk and forward thinking about women leading at the highest levels in our schools. For those interested in headship, we’ll discuss how we can make headship a reality for you. For those who do not see headship in their future, this gathering will offer time to reflect on where to go with the hard-won knowledge and skills you have developed over your career in education. We will also draw energy from being in the company of one another – a uniquely inspiring community of leaders.

To enhance the retreat aspect of the gathering, the program will include a welcome reception on Thursday evening, January 8th. For those who would like to begin the new year with rest and renewal, we are offering an optional overnight stay the evening before at the exquisite Virginia Mae Center. These rooms are limited and are available on a first-come, first-served basis.

This program will be limited to 25 participants.

Cost: $330 per person which includes the Thursday evening reception.
