A Special Collaboration between AISGW and The Heads Network for Current Female Heads of School
Featuring Ann Klotz and Kate Ebner

Thursday, April 9, 2026 9:30-3:30 p.m.
The Virginia Mae Center at the National Cathedral
This day-long gathering brings together women who lead independent schools to reflect, connect, and reignite their sense of purpose in leadership. Through shared wisdom, peer dialogue, and deep reflection, participants will explore how to self-author their vision, lead with authenticity, and sustain both effectiveness and joy in their work. Sessions will delve into the art of inspiring others, managing teams and boards with confidence, and navigating the unique dynamics women face as heads of school. Whether new to headship or seasoned in the role, each participant will leave with renewed clarity, strategies to strengthen her impact, and a network of women leaders committed to shaping vibrant, inclusive educational communities. The program will include a special breakfast conversation for early career heads who are members of the In Her Circle cohort.
