Reading Between the Lines: Deciphering Diagnoses and Defining Support

Thursday, October 1st 8:30-11:00 a.m.
The Madeira School 8328 Georgetown Pike McLean, Virginia
Today’s applicant pool is loaded with complex student learning profiles and needs. Deciphering what a student actually requires and whether your school has the exact resources to support that student—especially when the full picture isn't clear upfront—can be stressful for admission teams and faculty alike.
Join fellow admission colleagues to hear from psychologist and tester Rebecca Resnik and independent school learning learning specialists about how to interpret testing and diagnoses during the admission process. You’ll learn about terminology and trends as well as models and best practices for leveraging the insights of learning specialists in the applicant assessment and transition process.
Clarity will also give a short presentation on how to incorporate data and trends in admission and affordability decisions as well as a live demo of its new platform for anyone wishing to stay after the program concludes.
Admission professionals are welcome to register a thought partner from their school’s learning support team.
Cost: $65 per person
Thanks to Clarity for its support of this program.
