Angst Thumbnail

Join us to watch this 55-minute documentary about anxiety. Anxiety is the precursor to so many mental health challenges. By opening a dialogue and normalizing (not trivializing) anxiety we can help each other and ourselves.

IndieFlix recommends ages 10 – adult, and for our school we are recommending middle school age – adult (you decide, of course). Click here to view a trailer of the movie.

FREE, RSVP REQUIRED: Click here to register.

Please arrive at 7:00 to settle-in, and enter through the school's front doors (under our large "swoop" awning). The lights will go out and the movie will start promptly at 7:15. You are welcome to park in the front lot or continue through to the front lot and around to the side lot. There is also ample street parking. The #23 RideOn bus between Sibley Hospital and the Friendship Heights Metro has stops in front of the school (see https://www.montgomerycountymd.gov/DOT-Transit/routesandschedules/allroutes/route023.html)

You are welcome to share this event information with colleagues, family, friends, and neighbors who may be interested.
