A new school year is upon us, bringing distinct demands to your roles as caretakers of your faculty, and ultimately, as masters of your own self-care.  We know "you got this," but still, we wanted to offer some strategies and wisdom to support you in these all-important tasks. 

Phyllis FagellPlease join us on Thursday, August 27th at 3:00 for "Strategies for a Dual Challenge:  Sustaining Your Own Stamina While Supporting Your Faculty."  This session will be led by Phyllis Fagell. Phyllis is the school counselor at Sheridan School in Washington, DC, a therapist who works with kids and families in private practice, and an author and journalist. She's the author of “Middle School Matters” and a frequent contributor to the Washington Post. She also writes for publications including Psychology TodayWorking MotherU.S. News & World Report, Edutopia and Your Teen, and her ideas have been shared in outlets including The New York TimesThe AtlanticThe New Yorker and NPR.

Cost: $25 per person, to be billed separately after the event.
