Leading and Growing in the Independent School Development Office

Come join colleagues from across all corners of the Development office to reflect and learn about leadership and professional growth in independent school fundraising. We’ll hear from a panel of development office professionals who collectively represent over 100 years in fundraising in non-profit organizations, higher education, and independent schools large and small.

Panelists will address questions about how to build skills that can advance your career, trends, and skill sets needed for successful 21st-century fundraising, what makes a good development office leader, and how this work can be joyful and fulfilling.

There will also be plenty of opportunities to network with colleagues and participate in topic-driven discussions for veterans and rookies alike.
