As we move into the busy season of decisions and enrollment, Admissions Directors are faced with a number of challenging conversations. This session will explore mindful communication practices to help us to be more present and less reactive when faced with these situations.

Specifically, we will explore ways to stay attentive and open when preparing for conversations we know will be difficult. We will also explore how to maintain patience and compassion when tensions run high by using a framework that centers on universal human feelings and needs.

The workshop will include breakfast and will allow ample time for connection and conversation with colleagues.
