Exploring New Ideas and Approaches to Attract, Retain and Support Your Faculty

Today’s dilemma of finding and keeping talented and committed faculty – particularly in light of new trends in the workforce – is not going away easily. In fact, this is one of those “wicked” problems that can only be solved by adapting. Together we will learn and work through a framework for adaptive problem-solving. We’ll consider many facets of the challenges around hiring and retention. We’ll brainstorm ideas along a full continuum from practical in-the-moment strategies to paradigm-shifting, outside-the-box approaches. And we’ll do it all in a collaborative, energizing, innovative atmosphere. 

Schools are encouraged to attend as teams so that you can build and execute tailor-made strategies together. Content will be geared towards heads of school, division leaders, faculty deans, and anyone involved in hiring. A follow-up workshop will be offered in the early spring.
