Independent school professionals hear a lot about the importance of creating communities that are diverse and inclusive.  As fundraisers, we share this priority but want to know more!  How can the work of development professionals be enhanced by better understanding diversity, equity and inclusion?  How can we adapt fundraising cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship methods to be more inclusive and build relationships with people outside of our usual circles?  How does implicit bias affect the work that we do?

Join Jen Cort for an engaging and interactive workshop that will offer answers to these questions.  The workshop will include small and large group discussions and activities as well as firm takeaways and strategies to bring back to your school and your team.
