The NCRC Discovery Institute has returned! We are honored to bring together Early Childhood practitioners who work with children, ages 2-5, to learn, connect, and engage. Join us in June for a two-day workshop as we continue our journey of dedicated practice toward diversity, equity, and inclusion in early childhood education.

During the 2024 program, participants will:

• Build skills and the courage to engage in the ongoing self-reflection essential for DEl work.
• Engage with materials and literature that stimulate conversations around DEI in the early childhood classroom.
• Identify successful DEI elements and what they look like in an early childhood setting.
• Reflect on their own experiences and create a personal action plan to implement in their classroom and/or school community
