September 17th, October 15th, November 19th, December 10th, January 14th, February 11th, April 8th, May 13th

Join us for this multi-part virtual learning experience facilitated by Martha Haakmat and centered on
being a Head of Color navigating predominantly white independent school communities and leadership structures. This cohort is designed to engage each participant in conversation, community, and development. The sessions will offer connection, energy, encouragement, and leadership growth, and will build on members’ collective experiences. In addition to the virtual sessions, the group will gather in person over dinner in March.

Please note that this program requires a minimum of six registrations to move forward.
