The work of a DEI practitioner is multi-faceted and constantly evolving. Practitioners must possess effective leadership skills as they engage with all constituencies in a school to create enduring organizational change. To support DEI practitioners in this effort, we invite you to join our AISGW DEI Practitioners Leadership Cohort.

This semester-long program, designed to enhance your leadership skills, will offer you and your colleagues space to discuss the current opportunities and challenges of the field, share your professional triumphs and tribulations, and receive leadership coaching from acclaimed educational leader Martha Haakmat, who has worked with independent schools nationwide to plan and execute DEI strategies. Martha will offer support through structured time together focusing on knowledge and skill-building while also allowing cohort members to share and learn from each other.
