Join us for this special collaboration between AISGW and The Heads Network to support women leaders from AISGW's LeadIn program and THN's Leadership Seminar. This engaging day of connection, learning and growth will elevate your leadership and provide an opportunity to explore those sticky and "mysterious" issues of leading schools. You'll leave with new wisdom and confidence needed to continue advancing your career.

- A deep dive on independent school finance with former head of school Pam Clarke
- A session on creating your authentic voice and presence with Lori Strauss, head of school at The Field School
- A conversation about governance with Madeira head of school Christina Kyong and Madeira trustee Anita Tolani, Esp.
- Insight on fundraising for heads of school with Lowell School head Donna Lindner
- Lots of collegiality, laughter and new friends!

A light breakfast and lunch will be included.
The fee for this program is $125.00 Note that financial assistance is available. Registration will take place through the AISGW website and will close on February 28th.
This program is only for women who participated in AISGW's LeadIn program and THN's Leadership Seminar.
