For schools whose populations consist primarily of students who learn differently, the shift to virtual learning presents a unique set of challenges. Our faculty members, already highly skilled in meeting the needs of LD students, have had to pivot to yet another new way of teaching and connecting. What works for this student population? What doesn’t? What resources have you discovered to support you in the distance learning setting?   

Because we learn best from each other, the Association of Independent Maryland and DC Schools (AIMS) and the Association of Independent Schools of Greater Washington (AISGW) are hosting a Zoom roundtable on Tuesday, March 31^st at 11:00AM. This webinar is for schools whose mission is to serve special needs students primarily. Anyone charged with leading teaching and learning in LD-focused schools is welcome to attend.
