Spring Gathering for Women Administrators: 
The Healing Power of Humor

Don’t you just feel better when you laugh? After the year we’ve had, we all need a little dose of humor to give us perspective on what’s been and inspire us for what lies ahead. In this restorative gathering, we’ll engage in improv, find comic relief through the lens of middle schoolers, and listen to some “you just can’t make this up” stories culled from our own in-boxes, all with the goal of strengthening our affinity and reminding ourselves that work in schools -- whether in good or challenging times -- is meaningful, rewarding, and yes, enjoyable.

This session will feature Phyllis Fagel, school counselor and author of numerous pieces in The Washington Post and The New York Times; Rick Westerkamp, drama teacher at Stone Ridge School of the Sacred Heart; and fellow women administrators Corinne Fogg, Tara Montague, and Denise Brown-Allen.

This gathering takes place via ZOOM. Registrants will receive a link prior to the event.
