Learning Your Workstyle to Enhance Your Leadership in the Admission Office and Beyond With Miriam Stein

This workshop is taking a sidestep from what we might typically cover in an admission workshop. As admission professionals, we're required to work one-on-one, face-to-face with families, behind the scenes with faculty, and in our offices thinking strategically. That's a lot!
In this workshop, we will explore one of the fastest growing and easy-to-apply workplace productivity models, The Six Types of Working Genius. This model is an effective way to build self-awareness at work and at home so we can understand what brings us joy and energy and what brings us frustration. In this session, we’ll use the working genius rubric as a framework to examine how our work in the admission office might be more enjoyable or efficient with shared language around how we work best. We’ll leave with insights to help identify how tasks should be allocated among ourselves and our team in a way that leverages everyone’s unique strengths.
This session is offered for enrollment office leaders as an opportunity to reflect on leadership and teamwork and will include breakfast and time for networking.
Cost: $60 per Person
