Given the success of last year’s program, we are once again offering this multi-part virtual learning
experience facilitated by Martha Haakmat and centered on being a Head of Color in a
predominantly white independent school world. This cohort is designed to engage each participant
in conversation, community, and development. The sessions will offer support, encouragement, and
leadership growth, and will build on members’ collective experiences.
